  1. Do I have to order online?
    No. To order offline, download and complete a printable order form. Fax or mail it to Exchange with your payment. Your order will ship once payment or a purchase order is received. You can also call us at (800) 221-2864 to place your order.
  2. Does Exchange accept purchase orders?
    Yes, we accept purchase orders for orders over $100.00. To order using a purchase order, please complete a downloadable order form and mail or fax it with your purchase order to:

  3. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

  4. Can I purchase discounted subscriptions for all of my staff, center directors, or faculty members?

  5. Can I place an order from outside North America?
    Yes! Many Exchange resources are available as downloadable PDF files. Purchasing these items provides immediate access through your account login and there are no shipping and handling charges! Learn more.

    Exchange also offers printed resources in some parts of the world served by our international distributors.

Please note that international shipping can be costly, packages can take a long time to reach you, and there may be additional delivery and/or customs charges depending on your location. When possible, we encourage you to consider our downloadable products.
  6. When will my order arrive?
    We make every effort to process and ship orders within three business days of when they are received. When you receive your order will depend upon the delivery method you selected and how your order was placed with us. The delivery times below are for North America only and are based on the time it takes once your order leaves our warehouse.
